Mr. Mgbemere Udochukwu, the Managing Director of the bank, graduated from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State... in 2010 with second class upper division He became a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management in 2012, an associate member of Associate Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management (ACILRM) in 2014 and also an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA) in 2016. He has several years of experience especially in the banking industries where he worked as a relationship manager in United bank for Africa before joining Banex Microfinance Bank Limited as the Financial Controller until his appointment to the position of the Managing Director of the Bank.

Mr. Israel Okwudibie holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy in the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2010. He worked in different audit and accountancy... firms as well as the banking and the real estate industries for over six years and a member of Information Systems Audit and control Association (ISACA). He is very resourceful with an unmatched experience in accountancy and internal audit. He joined Banex Microfinance Limited as an audit officer and due his outstanding performance, hard work, dedication and commitment, he was promoted to the post of the Chief Internal Auditor of the bank.

Mr. Denis Makeri Clement is a 2012 First Class graduate of Economics from Kaduna State University. He is also a Graduate Member... of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) since 2013; He became an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigerian in 2019 and obtained his MBA on (Finance and Investment) in Ahmadu Bello University in January 2021. He started his Career in KPMG where he rose to the position of Associate through outstanding performance; commitment and dedication before moving to Banex Group Limited in 2017. On his resumption, he immediately took over the management of the Compliance’ Unit of the Banex Microfinance Bank Ltd. He is a seasoned auditor, a recognized analyst, investor and financial advisor. He has also attended a lot of seminars, training and workshops.

Miss Juliet Mbanisi graduated from Covenant University, Ogun State, in 2008 with B.Sc. First Class (Hons) in Psychology. In 2011, she obtained M.Sc.... in Management from The University of Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. She is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and Nigerian Institute of Management; she has many other professional qualifications to her name and attended various developmental seminars and workshops; in addition to her several years of experience in E-On Energy UK and Tycoons Project in Lagos State, Nigeria. She has remained an invaluable asset since she joined Banex Group Limited.

Miss Ugochi Anozie holds LLB (Hons) from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (2007). She attended the Nigeria Law School between... 2007/2008 where she obtained her (BL) and was called to bar in 2008. She obtained her Masters of Laws in International Law in 2011. She is a member of Nigerian Bar Association. She joined Banex Microfinance Bank Limited as a Legal officer and due to her hard work and dedication, she has risen to the post of the Legal Manager/Head of Administration. She has attended various seminars, training and workshops both locally and internationally and had many years of experience before joining Banex Microfinance Bank Limited.

Ben Kayode Adams (MCIB) is the Head, Business Development of Banex Microfinance Bank. He spearheads Products Development,... Business Strategy, Recovery, deposit mobilization and all aspects of business development. He started his banking career in 2005 with Standard Trust Bank which is now United Bank for Africa (via XL Management Services) as a teller (cashier), he became a Special Liability Officer driving account opening and deposit mobilisation and later a Branch Administrator before joining Fortis Microfinance Bank in October 2007 as a pioneer Cash Officer, Customer Service Manager, Team Lead for Recovery and later a Branch Manager. He moved on in November 2018 to become the consulting executive director for Benesty Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited, overseeing Business development, Human Resource management before joining Banex Microfinance Bank Limited in June, 2021. Ben holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management, MBA Human Resource, a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB), He has attended several courses and Workshop including British Council Management Express Forum in February 2009, a training at the prestigious Frankfurt School of Finance & Management on SME Finance within the framework of the Technical Assistance Programme of AfDB SME support programme in Nigeria in August 2017, he also completed the Nigerian Housing Finance Program, Housing Microfinance Workshop in January 2018. He has over 16 years' experience in financial services delivery in both retail banking and microcredit with 12 years in Microfinance business. He is a financial inclusion enthusiast and an inspirational team leader.
