He is also the General Overseer of Victory Holy Ghost Mission; President of Victory Holy Ghost Ministry; and the President of Victory Bible Institute. Mr. Mgbemere Udochukwu, the Managing Director of the bank, graduated from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State... in 2010 with second class upper division He became a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management in 2012, an associate member of Associate Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management (ACILRM) in 2014 and also an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA) in 2016. He has several years of experience especially in the banking industries where he worked as a relationship manager in United bank for Africa before joining Banex Microfinance Bank Limited as the Financial Controller until his appointment to the position of the Managing Director of the Bank.

Rev. (Mrs.) Sophy Nwanneka Mbanisi hails from Anambra State, Nigeria. She is one of the directors of Banex Microfinance Bank. She is a member of ...the Nigerian Institute of Management since 2011. She graduated with a Second Class (Upper Division) from University of Lagos in 1995. Prior to her role as a Director of Banex Microfinance Bank Limited, Rev. (Mrs.) Mbanisi has been the Executive Director of Banex Industries Limited since 1996 till date. She is also the President and founder of Healing Heart Foundation (Non- Governmental Organization) since 2007 till date. She has handled several publications such as: - (a) Compassions Digest Quarterly Bulletin – 2010; (b) Healing Heart Foundation Bulletin – 2010. She has also attended several certificate courses, amongst which are: - (a) Basic and Advanced Certificate Course from Daystar Leadership Academy – 2009 (b) Basic Certificate Course from Word of Faith Bible Institute – 1997 (c) Basic Certificate Course and Bachelor of science from Samuel Bible Institute – 1997 and 1995 respectively. She is a self-motivated person with a passion for helping the less privileged. Her interest lies in writing and making positive impact in the lives of people. Deacon Solomon Ekeokpara, holds a Higher Nigerian Diploma in Business Studies passed with Distinction from Hammersmith & West London College, London.... He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) from Middlesex University, London and an MBA (Banking & Finance) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka also passed with distinction. He has had extensive senior management training both locally and overseas including the Manchester Business School Senior Management Program. He is a seasoned banker with over twenty-nine (29) years banking experience. About 20 years out of this period was spent at senior management level during which he held strategic key positions, some of which are: Manpower planning Manager; Head, Industrial Relations; Team Leader, General Commerce; Head, Consumer Banking; Manager, Apapa Branch and Area Manager/Business Development Manager Oyo and Osun States. He retired voluntarily in 2008 as an AGM in First Bank of Nigeria PLC to veer into private business. He is currently the Chairman/CEO of Imperial Clothing Company Limited, Chairman of Solomon Golden Trust & Investments LTD, Chairman of the Board of Directors of King’s Foundation School and many others. He is currently the President of the Christian Men Fellowship of The Redeemed Evangelical Mission (TREM), International Headquarters, Lagos and Chairman, Ikota Villa Estates Residents Association. He is happily married with six children and three grandchildren.

Mr. Victor Tochukwu Mbanisi hails from Anambra State, Nigeria. He is one of the directors of Banex Microfinance Bank. He obtained his B.Sc.... Economics from Covenant University Ogun State in 2008 and his MBA (Master in Business Administration) from Cardiff University, Wales United Kingdom in 2011. He is a very resourceful personality who has worked in a number of the sectors of the economy: Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Hospitality, Real Estate and Commerce.Before his present position as a Director, he worked as a Customer Service Agent in Sao Tome and Principe from September 2008 – September 2009. He also worked as a Customer Service representative for VINA Group of Companies from October 2009 – August 2010. He is currently a Customer Service Advisor for British Gas, a position which he held since 2012 before his appointment as a Non-Executive Director of Banex Microfinance Bank Limited. He is also a Director in Banex Group Limited and Banex Industries Limited. His interest lies in reading, writing, travelling, playing soccer and table tennis.

Mr. Chikezie Ajaero is from Enugu State. He is the GM-Finance in charge of Obu Cement Company Limited in the conglomerate - Bua Group since May 2015.... Before his present position, he was the Financial Controller –Bua Flour/Pasta from August 2012 to April 2015. He joined Bua Group in 2005 as Finance Manager and left in 2008 to 1004 Estates Limited. Mr. Ajero, prior to rejoining Bua Group in 2012, worked as General Manager Finance in 1004 Estates Limited and UAC Restaurants both subsidiaries of UAC Nigeria PLC between 2008 and 2012. He has over 18 years’ experience in financial reporting and controls, a holder of Higher National Diploma in Accountancy passed with distinction and MBA in Management from University of Lagos. He is happily married with four children and a lover of soccer and lawn tennis. He is an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
